I still working on the neck joint. I introduced a neck angle measurement device. I assumed that this scale is in mm. However, this device is for the 1/1000" (mil) scale. I have to re-adjust the neck angle. Luckily, I double checked my old way, and figure out that the number was wrong. I also made a neck heel from a Brazilian RW that is matched to the back. I will make a bridge from the same Brazilian RW material.

Neck Joint
I am working on the neck joint work. Neck mortise and a body channel were cut. After confirmed the neck center had precisely aligned at the center of the body, I did the final neck width profiling. I am working on the neck angle final adjustment. This adjustment is super critical to make designed neck action setting. This is a time consuming job, and there is no short cut. Once I complete the precise adjustment, I will install the neck to the body using Epoxy gluing.

Body Complete
Body making is complete. I installed bindings at the cut-a-way portion and the beveled armrest portion. Binding installation at the cut-a-way portion is a little bit tricky due to the sharp curves. I uses many long clamps to press nicely. Also, the binding materials should be precisely curved to fit well. For the beveled armrest portion, I used a Brazilian RW left over from my previous built. It has very nice color match to the side. This guitar became a Brazilian RW special model. All B&S, bindings, and beveled armrest are made by Brazilian RW. Also, neck head and back veneers are Brazilian RW.
